Designing a No-Code Email Builder for Marketers While FeedOtter is a powerful automation engine, its success relies on users being able to design beautiful emails without coding. I worked to enhance the visual editing experience, creating an interface that offers deep customization while maintaining strict brand guardrails.

The challenge was to balance flexibility with the technical constraints of email rendering. I designed a drag-and-drop system and a robust settings panel that allows non-technical users to build responsive, on-brand templates that integrate seamlessly with their existing data feeds. This design evolution moved the product from a purely functional utility to a polished SaaS platform that empowers marketing teams to scale their content distribution effortlessly.
